Arrived at a great time. Leo explained everything I needed to know. It was convenient for me to have him take away the things that needed to go to the dump. My laptop finally prints properly. Everything was great.

I was not feeling very good and Leo understood but got me fixed-up and I am happy with the results.

Najib was knowledgeable, very helpful with suggestions to improve my computer's performance, and worked with Bell Technical Assistance to resolve the problem. Hw was very kind to this barely computer literate senior, and followed up by phone the next day to make sure everything was OK. Najib-- I'm sorry about the cat -- she really liked you, but that wasn't good for your allergies!
